Welcome to FAR Print Shop. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FAR Print Shop. FAR Print Shop operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, print services, custom order services, and related services provided to you.
FAR Print Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services. These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced on this website, describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, browse, use, purchase from, or interact with FAR Print Shop.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with, placing an order, submitting artwork, requesting a quote, approving production, or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on our website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or access our website or services.
Section 1 — Access and account
By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependent to use the website or services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.
To use certain services, place an order, request a quote, upload artwork, or purchase products, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing information, payment information, shipping information, artwork files, project details, and order specifications. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
Section 2 — Our products and services
FAR Print Shop provides custom print production services, including but not limited to DTF print, custom shirts, hats, banners, yard signs, roll ups, stickers, business cards, flyers, postcards, sublimation, embroidery, door hangers, sidewalk signs, coroplast, flags, table covers, tents, backdrops, vinyl, brochures, and related branded materials.
We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, services, colors, sizes, materials, finishes, and print examples. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, material type, print method, lighting, artwork quality, and production process.
We do not guarantee that the appearance, color, texture, finish, or quality of any product will look exactly the same as it appears on your screen or in any digital preview.
All product descriptions, service descriptions, pricing, availability, turnaround times, and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit any product or service at any time.
Section 3 — Custom orders, artwork, and production approval
Many FAR Print Shop products and services are custom, personalized, or made to order. By submitting artwork, project details, or approving an order for production, you acknowledge that custom print orders are made specifically for you and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once production has started.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, names, logos, colors, placement, sizing, quantities, garment details, materials, finishes, and order specifications before production begins.
FAR Print Shop is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, low-resolution artwork, incorrect placement, incorrect sizing, incorrect file submissions, wrong quantities, color expectations, or design details approved before production.
If you provide artwork, logos, photos, graphics, files, brand assets, or any other content for printing, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. You agree that the content you provide does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy right, publicity right, or other intellectual property right of another person or business.
You grant FAR Print Shop permission to use, reproduce, resize, adjust, prepare, and print the artwork or files you submit solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order, preparing your quote, reviewing production feasibility, or communicating with you about your project.
We reserve the right to refuse any artwork, file, design, or order that we believe may be unlawful, offensive, infringing, unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate for production.
Section 4 — File quality and print results
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready or production-appropriate files when possible. Preferred file types may include AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, PSD, or other formats accepted by FAR Print Shop depending on the project.
Low-resolution files, screenshots, blurry images, compressed images, poor-quality scans, incorrect color profiles, missing fonts, missing linked files, or improperly prepared artwork may affect the final result. FAR Print Shop may review files and provide guidance, but we are not responsible for issues caused by poor-quality or incorrect files submitted by the customer.
Colors may vary between screens, proofs, materials, garments, inks, transfers, embroidery threads, print methods, and finished products. Minor color variation is normal and is not considered a defect unless the final product is materially incorrect due to an error by FAR Print Shop.
Section 5 — Orders
When you place an order or approve a quote, you are making an offer to purchase. FAR Print Shop reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order for any reason at our discretion.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment or otherwise approve the order for production. Please review your order carefully before submitting or approving it. FAR Print Shop may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted, approved, or moved into production.
If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, phone number, or contact information provided at the time of the order.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Section 6 — Prices and billing
Prices, discounts, quotes, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price or quote in effect at the time the order is accepted, unless otherwise stated.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices may not include taxes, shipping, delivery, installation, handling, rush fees, artwork preparation fees, design fees, setup fees, customs, import charges, or other additional charges.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and account information for all purchases made through FAR Print Shop. You agree to promptly update your information so we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is true, correct, complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Section 7 — Shipping, pickup, delivery, and turnaround times
Production times, shipping times, pickup times, delivery estimates, and turnaround times are estimates only unless clearly stated otherwise in writing by FAR Print Shop.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, equipment issues, material availability, customs processing, weather, emergencies, customer response delays, artwork approval delays, or events outside our control.
Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, the risk of loss may pass to the customer to the extent permitted by law. If an order is damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can help review the issue.
Section 8 — Intellectual property
Our website, services, brand name, logos, graphics, text, images, designs, layouts, product descriptions, videos, content, and related materials are owned by FAR Print Shop, its affiliates, partners, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, download, store, transmit, or exploit any material from our website or services without prior written permission from FAR Print Shop.
FAR Print Shop’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or brand assets of FAR Print Shop. You may not use them without prior written permission.
Shopify’s name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans displayed on the website are the property of their respective owners.
Section 9 — Optional tools and third-party services
We may provide access to third-party tools, apps, design tools, payment providers, shipping providers, embedded services, or other third-party features. We do not control these third-party tools and provide access to them “as is” and “as available.”
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and discretion. You should review the terms and policies of any third-party provider before using their services.
We may offer new features, tools, or resources through our website in the future. Any new features will also be subject to these Terms of Service.

FAR Print Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services. However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with FAR Print Shop.
By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, purchases, products, services, custom orders, injuries, damages, losses, or claims resulting from transactions between you and FAR Print Shop. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with FAR Print Shop.

All personal information collected through our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/app-users.

- To misuse any design tool, upload tool, quote form, checkout, or account feature.
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, cancel, or terminate your account, order, or access to our services if we determine that you violated these Terms.

No automated tool, bot, scraper, crawler, agentic AI system, or similar technology may access, use, copy, scrape, reproduce, or interact with our website or services in a way that violates these Terms, bypasses security measures, misrepresents its identity, or interferes with the operation of the website.
We may limit or block automated access to our website or services at any time.

This limitation applies whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Section 20 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FAR Print Shop, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, fees, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights;
- Your submitted artwork, files, logos, graphics, text, designs, photos, or other content;
- Your approval of artwork, production details, order specifications, or custom order details;
- Your misuse of our website, products, services, or tools.
Section 21 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
Section 22 — Waiver and entire agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies posted by FAR Print Shop, constitute the entire agreement between you and FAR Print Shop and govern your use of our website and services.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice or consent.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements for products or services provided by FAR Print Shop are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You and FAR Print Shop agree to the venue and jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Florida for disputes arising from or related to these Terms, the website, products, services, or transactions with FAR Print Shop, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
